The Trapper was a demented French-Canadian assassin, who built elaborate and grisly death traps. Brought to Jolt City by Samson Snapp to kill the philandering husband of Marita Costello, he was ardently pursued by Dani Handler and Martin Rock, the second Green Knight, so that they could tie Snapp to the attempted murders.
Upon his capture, it was revealed that he was to face other murder charges in Texas; because he was likely to get the death penalty, he had no incentive to cooperate with Jolt City authorities, meaning that Snapp has slipped through their grasp once more.
