Katie Morgan (born 1987) is the second Dr. Metronome. Rescued from her deranged mother by the original Dr. Metronome, Adam Rabinowitz, in an encounter that cost both Rabinowitz and her mother their lives, she finds herself raising her two younger siblings, Princess and Simon, while embarking on a career as a four-colour heroine.
Briefly in vogue following her capture of Gregory Dingham, she was considered for membership in both The Nostalgics and the Seven Wonders; both offers fell through to no fault of her own.
