Ellis Banks (born 1987) is a serial killer/mass murderer who operated in Jolt City during the summer of 2007. His modus operandi was to closely watch his intended victims-- usually two parents and at least one child-- over a period of time. Once he was assured of their routine, he would call them on a cell phone shortly before breaking into their home and killing them with a pistol.
Frustrated when his intended victims never picked up their phone, he walked into a liquor store and opened fire, killing four, including Moses Mason-- father of Derek Mason, the future Blue Boxer.
Banks was apprehended by the joint efforts of the police and FBI shortly thereafter. Sociopathic and emotionless, he evinced little concern about his fate.
